[WG-Strategy] Draft of MAG/LP response to Elements Paper

Dear all,

Thanks for the work on the document.

Many of us are concerned about the place that the IGF has in the UN 
system. In our view, it should not change. Therefore, I suggest we 
consider including something along the following lines:

The stability of the IGF, which has been sustained thanks to the 
stewardship of UNDESA, and the importance of the IGF maintaining its 
existence without substantial alterations within the United Nations 
system and architecture is crucial for its future as a platform 
connecting different processes, such as the implementation of the GDC 
and the continuation of WSIS, among others.
