Dear members of the IGF’s Policy Network on AI,

I hope this finds you well. Under the leadership from Yik Chan, we have achieved to develop a first draft of our document, seeking to include different perspectives from different stockholders. For the High-Level Group as well as for the MAG, our collaborative work is very key to get included most of the initiatives already ongoing for AI governance, as well as the specific initiatives that this group have knowledge of.

Please, feel free to send to this mailing list your thoughts about, and access the document to get your comments into consideration.

Next steps:

1) PNAI should submit its final version of the input report to the MAG for their approval by 15th March.

2) the input report will be open to all PNAI members for their inputs in suggestions mode and each section of the report needs to have few pen holders (writers) to consolidate the comments and write the sections. Volunteers are sought for each sections

3) The google link of the PNAI Input document

4) we will meet weekly to check and revise the input doc. The first deadline for members' input is 20 Feb.

I thank you in advance for the generosity of your time, experience, knowledge and commitment.

Sincerely

Amado Espinosa
