[Outreach_com_2015] Messages for GCCS next week

The GCCS is next week and I'd like to make sure that the messaging is updated for that meeting.

I know that Matthew, Izumi and Carolyn have met and worked on messages about 6 weeks ago and they have put forward some proposals. Can I ask them and the rest of the group to present a final text by Friday?
