Dear Khaled,
We don't publish the weights, it is just for us and for the scoring systen
we have.
Both of things (publishing weights and keeping them stable) are up to the
WG to propose and MAG to decide. Personally, I like your suggestion as well
as Carol's, and we can further discuss this in our next meeting.
