[DC] IGF 2023 - DC Session Proposals

Dear all,

This is to let you know that we have published a list of DCs<https://intgovforum.org/en/dc-sessions-2023> that made it through the basic criteria of having submitted an annual report. DCs that submitted more than one proposal have been reminded that there can be only one IGF session per DC.

Kindly note that we will provide more information about the DC sessions by the end of July, after the MAG meeting ended and we have a final list of Workshops. As of then, we can start allocating rooms to DC sessions.
