Hello all,

Aaron H has done some massive work on Section 4 - thanks kindly Aaron.

Can I ask those members of the Private Sector to have a look and add their
suggestions/thoughts/edits?

A big question: Do we include research and education networks under the
University section? I know that many of them are Government-funded.
