[Bp_cybersec_2016] Proposal for the cybersecurity BPF goal and topic

I agree I also don’t think that its a valuable use of our time, there are many other initiatives in various for a for user awareness, and I think given the mix of experience we have available that user awareness is not a target that exploits the potential resources interested in this BPF.
A more focussed topic that matches the experience and interests of the BPF membership is more likely to produce a solid actionable outcome.
