[IGFmaglist] E-queue for IGF 2017 -- do session organisers and moderators know how to handle this?

Hello all,
I have just heard from Luis Bobo, extra-officially, that in general, main
sessions this year will NOT use the e-queuing system, so we should adjust
our methodology for the inclusion of online participant/remote moderation
accordingly.
