[IGFmaglist] E-queue for IGF 2017 -- do session organisers and moderators know how to handle this?

Hi everyone,
As I field questions about panel moderation and remote moderation, it seems
clear that neither the session organisers, nor the remote moderators are
clear about the use of the electronic queuing system.

This is an excellent innovation, but it won't work if it is unclear.

Could we please have a clear statement of use/non-use, and send clear
instructions to all session organisers and remote moderators?

If this is confusing, it will be seriously detrimental to audience
participation in larger sessions.

If this has already been addressed, please remind me where/how, and send us
the link to the website information as well, so we can assist organisers
and moderators.

Thanks so much! We need to take best advantage of this important advance.

best regards,
Ginger
