[IGFmaglist] PROPOSAL FOR THE SET UP OF COMMUNICATION & OUTREACH WG

Hi

I`d like to express, once more, support for this working group. I`d be
interested in participating on it.
I`d think this group could also work closely with BPFs and DCs in
dissemination of their work.
