[IGFmaglist] Workshop Evaluation Process - Please Send Notes

Greetings colleagues,

In keeping with the email I had sent to this list on April 30th, titled *May
evaluation procedure*, and in light of Fiona and Subi's brief interventions
before the close of today's meeting, I'd like to invite you to send me your
notes or reflections on the workshop evaluation process. I'm hoping to
continue the work we started in February and see it through to an
evaluation, which may help future MAGs.

I'm curious in particular to know:

   - Your thoughts on the independent evaluation process before the MAG
   meeting (i.e., what was going through your mind when you were grading the
   proposals on the website);
   - How or whether the process established in February affected process at
   the May meeting, and for those who are in their second + year of MAG
   membership, what improvements were made and where opportunities for
   improvement lie; and
   - For those who have it at hand, a description of the process at the
   actual meeting. As a remote participant able only to make the afternoon
   sessions, I'll be piecing together the process via the transcript, so
   assistance is warmly welcomed.
