[IGFmaglist] VPN in UNESCO site?

Hi all,

Has anyone had success in using a VPN from the UNESCO wifi LAN?  (i.e. HQ-AIR-PUB).

I've tried various and they all seem to be filtered, but if anyone has anything that works, please let me know.
