Dear Igor, many thanks for sharing this interesting news with us!

It is indeed interesting to know that the mandate of the Council for
Digitization will also include Internet Governance issues, given that often
similar Councils focus primarily on the e-government agendas and
digitization in the public sector. I applaud that the Council is based on
the multistakeholder approach, even if this model itself is not always
ensuring a full 'representativity' of the different sectors/groups, etc.
 Yet, it is an important model that could bring more opportunities for open
and participatory policy making around IG.

Wishing you best of luck in your new role as a Chairman of the Council and
looking forward to hear from you on how things work in practice, so that we
can also learn from your experience!
