[IGFmaglist] Change of dates for IGF 2014

Markus, I support your proposal as well, thank you, and have no doubts at all that it will be delivered diplomatically..

I would also like to acknowledge the comments of Fiona and Patrick, and whilst cost is certainly an important consideration, a well-organised IGF programme is equally so. We have a very big year ahead of us. The more time we have to plan, and to assist workshop submitters, the better.
