Hi Fiona,
Thanks for the post and kick starting this.
Didn't receive any communication before so wasn't in a position to comment.
But glad this is rolling. Looks like a great plan.
Will revert by tomorrow with my inputs. Thanks for putting in the spade on
this one.
Warmest
Subi.

co-chair before kicking off the work, but have been unsuccessful. In the
spirit of moving the work forward I send out the follow for input,
direction and comments and we can adjust as needed.

workshop proposal process for IGF's post Bali, including seeking public
input on criteria and a workshop submission template. The specific steps
proposed and accepted by he MAG are at the bottom of the email for easy
reference. I would propose that the first step is for the group to
identifying the evaluation criteria to be used. Once there is tentative
agreement on those, the group could then turn to looking at how to adjust
the existing workshop template to reflect the evaluation criteria. The
criteria used most recently on a 0-2 three point scale was:

diversity of perspectives on the topic

diversity reflected

consider quality of the proposal i.e is the proposal well thought out and
complete)
