[IGFmaglist] Prep for HR focus session

I subscribed to the list but it seems that my subscription is waiting for somebody's approval. 

Thank you very much for taking the lead on this point. 

I have a doubt (what means is not a strong opinion) regarding the time you propose to allocate to the workshops. 
There is no guarantee the reports from the workshops will represent the diversity of views on a given matter. 

The workshops went through a selection process conducted by us with a heterogeneous criteria and while we did our best in a good faith, if different workshops would have been selected, different reports made by different people could have gained space in the main session. 

I like the idea of asking the workshops proposers about the questions they plan to address, but giving almost half of the time to the workshops proposers (40 of 90 minutes) seems to reduce very much the time available for free and audience-driven discussion.
