[IGFmaglist] My Opinion about Workshop 291 & 295

Dear Mr Chen,

The Secretariat is in the process of finalising the workshop list and informing all the workshop proponents. The two workshops you are mentioning in your email were discussed during the last virtual MAG meeting and will be included in the final list.

There is a general understanding that there is room for improvement in the selection of workshops. Fiona has taken the initiative to get a working group started to discuss how best to do this. I would suggest that you join this working group. Their work will serve as an input into a MAG stocktaking meeting with the objective to enhance transparency and fairness of the process, as you are suggesting.
