[IGFmaglist] Fellowship programmes for Bali?

Hi all,

I'm interested to find out if there are any fellowship programmes or processes which have been set up, or which are being set up, for IGF in Bali.

If anyone is away of such initiatives, could you share details please?  If these can be identified, then there may be a chance of attracting donor funding, depending on the purpose/orientation/targets of individual programmes.
