Let me concur and support Carolina’s recommendation of Carlos from LACNIC. 

Cristine Hoepers from cert.br I’d recommend as well. She’s participated at several IGF workshops that I and others have organized. She’s got a wealth of experience and can bring a variety of materials developed by cert.br
