[PNAI] WSIS+20 Virtual Stakeholder Consultations

Dear All,

This is to inform you of the WSIS+20 virtual Stakeholder Consultations<https://publicadministration.desa.un.org/wsis20/virtualconsultation>: you can register until today, 5 June at 11:59 p.m. EST for the two-day virtual consultation.
Sessions will be divided into two to accommodate different geographic regions and time zones:


  *   Stakeholders from East and South Asia, Oceania, and the Americas (Pacific Time) are encouraged to register Session 1 by following this link: Monday, 9 June at 8:00 p.m. EST<https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Dqq_hOKBTTmMH3Wb-M70tA#/registration>
  *   Stakeholders from Africa, West Asia, Europe, and the Americas (Eastern Time) are encouraged to register Session 2 by following this link: Tuesday, 10 June at 10:00 a.m. EST<https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_C4hkVcgwRdiuQ0Omqk-Ang#/registration>

 Guiding questions for the consultation:

  1.  To what extent and how has the vision of a "people-centred, inclusive and development-oriented Information Society" evolved over the past 20 years since WSIS?
  2.  What are the priorities and challenges to the implementation of WSIS outcomes today?
  3.  How can cooperation through the WSIS mechanisms, including multistakeholder dialogue and recently adopted the Global Digital Compact, enhance coherence in digital governance?
