Members attended the meeting have agreed on the following items:



   1.

   The drafted PNAI 2024 work plan is open for members’ comments and input
   until this Thursday 10th Feb, We will freeze the document after that and
   will call another PNAI call on either 13th or 14th Feb to finalise the work
   plan before we submit it to the MAG on 16th Feb.

   PNAI will set up a Engagement and Outreach working group to help
   disseminate PNAI’s work and help to connect the PNAI with other AI
   governance bodies within the UN and outside the UN systems. Please
   express your interests in joining the Engagement and Outreach Working Group
   via the PNAI mailing list.



   1.

   For the 2024 PNAI circle, we agree to strengthen  the outreach and
   engagement work of the PNAI, ,  disseminating the work we have done  (PNAI
   2023 Report) as well as our ongoing work and contributing to UN HLAD AI
   consultations as  2024 is an important year for AI and IG  governance at
   both UN and Regional Level.
