[PNAI] Policy Network on AI meeting on 6.12. - Next steps

Dear all,

We had a productive Policy Network on AI (PNAI) Multistakeholder Working Group meeting a moment ago. Thank you to everyone who joined!

Here are the most important next steps:

  *   Proofreaders (Patrick, Doreen, Eleanor, Muriel) will go through the PNAI Policy Brief in Google Docs<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EXflM0DRwrTnFzz2lREeiwZ5N7phfmsHl_X8cGb5idk/edit?usp=sharing>, both Part 1 and Part 2 and fix and improve language. DL end of day Sunday 8.12.

  *   Team leaders will read the PNAI Policy Brief in Google Docs<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EXflM0DRwrTnFzz2lREeiwZ5N7phfmsHl_X8cGb5idk/edit?usp=sharing>, make any edits needed to their summary in Part 1 (don't make it longer!) and leave a note when done. DL end of day Sunday 8.12.

  *   Maikki will send speakers an email with instructions + updated session description + current draft of Policy Brief on Saturday 7.12.

  *   Maikki will take the Policy Brief from GoogleDocs to Word and fix the layout, then send it for IGF Secretariat approval on Monday 9.12. morning.

  *   Shamira will contact Meena and ask her to confirm + send title and bio.

  *   Everyone is welcome to join PNAI session at IGF 2024 on Tuesday 17.12. at 15:15 - 16:30 (local time in Riyadh). You can attend on-site in Riyadh or online. All questions on IGF 2024 conference, see IGF 2024 website or contact IGF Secretariat directly.

  *   Yik Chan will look into creating a poster to market the session. Everyone is encouraged to share the poster through social media using #IGF2024.

  *
Five speakers have been confirmed (see Concept note<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1y9OvtO7mm3sR6-6eV4pUFVELfYeEEWu6zM7cQJalwJY/edit?usp=sharing> page 1), everyone is welcome to invite other experts to join as audience and share their view during the Q&A / audience interaction part.
  *   Maikki will share the session description in IGF conference agenda when that is available.
