[PNAI] PNAI session @IGF 2023 on Wednesday 11.10. - Welcome!

The PNAI session will take place on Wednesday 11.10. on the third IGF 2023 conference day at 8:30-10:00 JST (23:30-01:00 UTC)! You are warmly welcome to join the session and discussion either onsite in Kyoto or online.
