Thanks for the follow-up. As far as I remember, the panel has two female speakers and two male speakers at the moment. we agreed to invite another female academic, 

gender wise, Xing Li sounds ok.

I have received an email from Dr. Xiao Zhang yesterday that she cannot make our PNAI panel at Kyoto IGF due to a conflict of schedule.

I would suggest Professor Xing Li from the technical sector to replace her. We have considered Prof Li in our previous round of deliberation.
