[Outreach_com_2015] Brochure?

Dear Dominique, Ms. Marilyn & Others,

First, my apology for being absence in the last few weeks. I was taken away
unexpectedly by some very important national assignments. Though I tried to
follow up your interactions intermittently. I'm fully back now.

I'm still much committed to the 10 year of IGF brochure project. I've been
studying similar UN brochure formats, gathering relevant data posted on IGF
website and those ones posted through this medium.

Let me be specific on what I'll do. With input from other members on the
team, I can provide the following for the WG and MAG considerations:

Ist Phase:
Objective is to present outcome of this phase during the MAG physical
meeting in May.

1. Provide brochure content flowchart or structural layout until best
effort is achieved.
2. Sample design concept reflecting UN IGF design theme.

2nd Phase:
Objective is to present outcome of this phase during the next MAG physical
meeting in September.

3. Once corrected and collectively approved, go ahead to build contents
(Using the data/info provided) for the draft brochure.
4. Draft brochure submitted for WG's considerations
5. Corrected version prepared for MAG's considerations

3rd Phase
6. Final version made ready for production by secretariat (PDF version and
hard print format will be submitted).

I hope we can still following provided.
1. Carefully Selected IGF event/MAG Pictures from the inception, reflecting
the evolution of IGF.
2. Few collections of speeches from IGF leadership and the broad community
3. Any other information that may enrich the goals of the brochure.

It will be good for us, Ms. Marilyn, Kyle and other members of this team to
have call and work together to achieve best result. Once again, I'm fully
back.
