[Outreach_com_2015] Thoughts on the September MAG meeting and WSIS outreach

I agree that the WSIS outreach is better done during the preparatory WSIS+10 meetings, as mentioned In a previous email to the MAG mailing list.

I think that it is very important to explain the merit of the IGF to the diplomats that ultimately will decide on its continuation or not.

Of course that the brochure can help on this.

I was wondering what the Outreach committee members thought about the September MAG meeting with respect to any WSIS outreach. If the WSIS+10 meetings will be taking place at other, different times maybe we should change course and look at working around those meetings. They are not yet announced, but it would be good to start thinking about our WSIS approach.

I am seeking thoughts/feedback from all of you on WSIS outreach so please send it along to the group.
