[IGFmaglist] Extension of Session submission deadline

Dear Chengetai, this is a fair suggestion that we highly appreciate. Given the fact that the website with the proposal form doesn’t work properly for a while people will just need more time. This whole afternoon we have been trying to save a draft without success, which means we have to fill in the form again completely, once it works again.. Even the check for speakers’ profile does work only occasionally today.

The secretariat has received several requests for an extension of the workshop proposal submission deadline. After consultation with the MAG Chair, we will extend the deadline by one week until 10 June.

The new timeline would be:

  *   New submission deadline 10 June 2022 23:59 UTC
  *   MAG evaluation: 13-29 June 2022


The secretariat will announce this tomorrow unless there are objections.
