[IGFmaglist] Research on participation in the IGF

Sharing the result of a research study on participation in the IGF
conducted by Research ICT Africa in 2020 and 2021. Initial results were
presented and discussed at the 2020 IGF.

Thanks to all who made this possible, in particular Anri van der Spuy
who led the research.

The study includes recommendations on how the IGF can capture
participation data that the MAG and the Secretariat can consider going
forward.
