Attached is the letter that was sent to the UN SG on behalf of the MAG.
It was also sent to Under Sec-Gen Mr. Liu and Mr. Juwang Zhu from UN
DESA, and to Ms Maria Francesca Spatolisano of the Office of the UN SG's
Envoy on Technology.

Thank you to the MAG-WG strategy for preparing the first draft, and to
other MAG members for refining it during the process of the full MAG
reviewing it.

Dear Ms Ribeiro Viotti

Please find attached a letter to Secretary-General Guterres from the
Multistakeholder Advisory Group of the United Nations Internet
Governance Forum (IGF) with regard to the role of the IGF in the "Common
Agenda" process.

We sincerely hope you can bring this to his attention before the 2021
Internet Governance Forum which will take place next week, hosted by the
Government of Poland. He is scheduled to participate virtually in this
event.

Please note that the letter is also copied to Under-Secretary-General
Liu from DESA, and Mr. Juwang Zhu, Director of Public Institutions at
DESA, as well as to Ms Maria Francesca Spatolisano, ASG UN DESA and
Officer in Charge, Office of the Secretary-General Technology Envoy.
