Dear Chengetai, Mag Chair, Mag Members,

Thank you very much for all the good work.

I will be glad if my day zero session (IGF 2019 Pre-Event #53 Electricity,
Community Networks and Digital Inclusion: The case of the undeserved
communities

will be shifted to later in the day (3pm). I ask for this because some of
my speakers will be arriving the morning of day zero, others have meeting
appointments in the morning. I am also facilitating in bringing about 30
parliamentarians across Africa to IGF and will be engaged the morning of
day Zero. Some of the parliamentarian are suppose to participate in the
session.

In this regard, i politely request my day zero session (#53) change to
later in the day (3:00pm) and the time slot increase to 2hours
