    at our last MAG meeting we agreed to establish an ad-hoc working group to help refine the reporting mechanisms for the annual IGF meeting, The expected duration is approx. six weeks, and we will start by reviewing the workshop reporting requirements and update them to reflect the advances made this year in our workshop process.  
    
    We have a great opportunity to build on our thematic focus, narratives, proposed thematic flows and the policy questions included in the workshop submissions, taking into account the introductory and wrap-up sessions as well as Open Forum, DC, BPF and NRI sessions.  We would expect again to prepare Key messages but also would be in a position to put these key messages into individual consolidated thematic messages.
    
    Please indicate your interest in joining this effort and we will set up the necessary mail list/meetings.
