HI Sylvia, Arnold, Wisdom,
the secretariat and I are discussing various options and at the appropriate point will bring this back to the MAG. The difficulty is that these meetings are not cost neutral and the budgeted expectation was for 2 meetings. Having said all that, we all agree that a 3rd f2f meeting would help significantly to advance the work of the MAG whether this is done with the current or the incoming MAG.
Best,
Lynn

That will kick-start the process for the 2019 IGF and facilitate the open consultation process that might be taking place around February 2019, hopefully.

I am in favour of having brief meeting with new (or potential new) MAG members, but their mandate will start from the next IGF cycle i.e. 2019.

MAG members and should last longer than an hour which we could aford ourselves during IGF. I have no doubt that the meeting would be beneficial for all of us and I support Arnold's and Wisdom's suggestions, pending opinion of the other MAG members and IGF Secretariat.
