I agree with you (having many speakers in the same panel can also disadvantage the content of the panel itself) and I want to add that speaking for more that 5 mins is not effective, unless you are the chair person.

Dear Wisdom, 



I will agree with your concerns if the 2018 IGF is a full 4 day one. 

Unfortunately, we have a 3 days IGF (minus Day 0). 



To accommodate more sessions, there is need to limit number of speakers and 

the session time frame. I would suggest that we limit the maximum time to 

60 minutes, unless we have enough rooms at the venue.
