Dear Lynn,

I would like to congratulate you for the leadership role you have continued
playing in the IG space. As for your involvement in WEF (DAVOS), it is a
greater achievement to take the voice of UN IGF, though in a personal
capacity, to other stakeholders.

I pray that your participation at WEF will enhance the work and role of the
IGF in the internet ecosystem.
