I believe a call ahead of our physical meeting would be helpful with respect to a few items: 

1 - reviewing the statistics prepared by the secretariat in order to better understand the cut-offs and the profile and balance across the expected “selected workshops”
2 - review of Main Session proposals - as all proposals should be in by that point
3 - final review of the agenda for our face-to-face meeting

This will help us save time during our face-to-face meeting and give MAG members an opportunity to reflect on the selections ahead of the meeting.
