[IGFmaglist] notes for WGSF 1st meeting

Hi

For WGSF 1st meeting a few observations:

- Criteria details announcement would be greatly appreciated. I remember
some people were confused - which sessions were chosen and why

- Flash/lightning - this stills seems a good way to go. Less formality in
sessions on Geneva will make a nice oppositions to the highly structured
workshops approved.

- "Hall sessions" - this year the experiment w/ art/tech will be a good
news and I think this can be taken further. WSIS Forum had a VR group and I
think it would be interesting to invite them or bring other emerging
technologies into discussions - robotics, drones. Of course there are
limits to the formality of the space but certainly ways to get around them.

Sent this as I'm seeing that the poll for the WGSF is still open (28 or
31jul)
As I could only make it 28, and now something came up, sending a few notes
to contribute to the group. Also to the general MAG list as this is also
important for other groups.
