*Comments and Requests on Slotting*

I have yet to see the Summary of the discussions but thought I would also
add to my initial comments to request for the National and Regional
Initiatives (NRI) Session to be on either Day 2 or 3 in the am or pm. The
rationale for this is the Travel times and communication from some of the
NRIs not those based in Europe is that some will be arriving very late
Sunday evening and some on Monday am.


Even with my personal travel to Geneva where I intended to arrive a day
earlier but ended up missing a flight due to circumstances beyond my
control that led me to arrive on the day that the MAG met. So I would
suggest slotting the NRI for either Tuesday or Wednesday.


*Opening Ceremony*

I would also like to ask the host to move the Session and Opening Ceremony
to Monday morning Geneva time. There are early morning flights from 10 of
the major European capitals where people can catch flights to bring them to
the Opening should they not wish to travel on Sunday.
