Dear Lynn,

Thank for your concern.

Nothing serious happened in the bank. I was in the middle of a transaction
when the bank network systems failed probably due to their internal
downtime system failure.

I ended up spending 3hours in the bank for a transaction that shouldn't
have taken less than 15mins.

This is one of the challenges of our distributive network system. It
doesn't normally happen this way. Yesterday was exceptional.

I do hope we'll continue to improve. Please don't divert your business away
from Nigeria. We are still reliable.
