I also support the position of Avri and Anja. IGF global without D C and NRI dedicated ‎plenary session would not be the same IGF.

Hi,

I cannot support this rending of the DC session.  This is not a sequence
of reports that can be sliced and diced. As the description and last
year's meeting indicate it is a discussion of the commonalities and
difference in the work of the various DCs as expressed in various papers
etc.  Slicing and dicing would destroy the session.

I would like to add that the DC session is one that explores the shared themes being covered by the DC.  Again it is not a report on the DC.  That thematic discussion is what would be lost by cuttig the DC session up.
