Dear Constance,

I fully support the approach suggested. I'm pretty sure that all the community will provide good examples on terms of education. Also, the SDG 5 could have a strong coordination with the BPF-Gender, while the SDG 9 could be a fantastic source of collaboration in terms of new technologies and innovation related to Internet Governance.

Following the last MAG meeting and call, please find attached an amended draft framework for the IGF Connecting and Enabling The Next Billion(s) Phase III intersessional project. The proposal is to complement phase I<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/documents/policy-options/654-igf-policy-options-for-connecting-the-next-billion-compilation/file> and II<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/index.php?q=filedepot_download/3416/549> - which are focused on the policy options - with case studies that would be collected throughout the IGF community, including the NRIs if they wish. It would be an opportunity to document and support the policy options but also to showcase the concrete work happening in the IGF community to connect and enable the next billion(s).

Please let Raquel Gatto or I know if you have any questions or suggestions to improve the draft framework.
