[IGFmaglist] Published evaluation criteria

Dear colleagues,

While working on a proposal to submit to you regarding possible
enhancements to the Workshop Review and Evaluation Process, I realized that
the existing process is already published at least on two different pages
on the IGF website:

http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/igf16-workshops/igf16-wksp-glns

My question therefore is: Do we have the right to change anything about
these criteria for 2016 now that they have been publicly announced?
