[IGFmaglist] IGF - MAG WG membership

Dear Lynn, many thanks for clarifying these points.

Very much support for having the groups open to non-MAG members and to
having all the terms clear and publicly available.

To be honest, I don't necessarily understand the need to limit the WGs to
MAG-only leadership, although I do think that the co-chairs should be
MAG-approved. There seems to be support for the MAG-only chairs idea on the
list though, and I don't plan to go against consensus. I would like to add
a further suggestion though, and that is to introduce a requirement to have
the WG co-Chairs represent different stakeholder groups and that there is,
to the extent possible, stakeholder and gender balance across MAG WGs, as
well as a balance of old/new MAG members. Possibly similar terms could
apply to Main session leads.

Hope this is helpful.

Best wishes,
Lea
