[IGFmaglist] Popup and Barcamp Sessions Proposals

Hi

I find both pop-up and barcamp sessions great ideas.
As for online participation on them I'd suggest a focus on twitterstorms
and Periscope.

There was also another interesting format in IFF and Rightscon small
meetings. In IFF they were at lunch time in circle and presenter sponsored
sandwiches. They were called lunch mtgs. In RC there was a format called
Boardroom for 20 or so ppl.
