[IGFmaglist] FW: Proposed Themes

[Makane Faye]

The proposed theme is appealing indeed as it includes most of our concerns.
I would add in it the "digital transformation" aspect to qualify it. It is
as below:

IGF & SDGs for Digital transformation: Towards human rights, social,
economic, and political inclusion.
