[IGFmaglist] Input to the evaluation guideline and criteria

Hi,

One area we need to think about concerns the roundtables. It was my
impression that last year, in an effort to get around the preference for
sessions other than panels, some people picked roundtables but then
organized what seemed a lot more like big panels than anything else.
This strategy needs some rethinking.

I still believe we should prefer sessions other than panels, but we need
to be careful that roundtables don't become the new panels - a bunch of
talking heads with little participation by the others.

Thanks, all things being equal will talk to you all in about 4 hours.
