Sooner the better, indeed. I understand the arguments for moving things along, but completing three foundational tasks by tomorrow as proposed seemed out of synch with the fact that there’s limited and uneven awareness that this process exists and is beginning across the communities the MAG serves.  That to me argues for a couple weeks of head’s up over the holidays.  But if MAG members can do something immediate to get the communities aware and mobilized then great, maybe a rapid liftoff will be work out.
