[IGFmaglist] UPDATED COMPILATION ON THEME / SUB-THEMES / BPFs SENT TO IGF SECRETARIAT

Hi,

Good candidates sub-themes. Especially if they frame the question of
what Interent Goverance can do in terms of enabling.

And they fit into the the sustainable development framework, if that is
what we go with.

BTW, it also boradens the Rio+20  "/inclusive and transparent
intergovernmental process open to all stakeholders, with a view to
developing global sustainable development goals to be agreed by the
General Assembly/" to be multistakeholder - at least with regard to the
Internet.

Health is Goal 3
Education is Goal 4

If we take this on as themes/sub-themse, we should probably do some
outreach to defined (draft) platforms that are established for the
sustanable development goals.

Bunches under Education, not much under Health. This is only a draft I
do not know where to find an updated version, if there is one  This is a
UN-DESA effort.
