[IGFmaglist] Capacity Building group 2015

I would like to continue involved with the Capacity Building group like the
last two years. For that reason I would like to collect the names of all
the interested in the Capacity Building group for the IGF 2015.

When I have received all the names I will ask to the Secretariat to set a
new mailing list for the next year.
