Some thoughts in response;
I very much appreciate the effort you have put into developing explicit principles that should guide the choice of Intersessional work.
I wonder if this one is appropriate
(viii) Allows international, inter-governmental organizations to contribute substantively – ITU, UNESCO, WSIS process etc.
in that it singles out a set of actors, with a possible implication of special treatment. Its in possible conflict with the very next point:
(ix) Facilitates frank and free participation of all relevant stakeholders who can and will contribute without any hindrance, in order to avoid a skewed discussion
I am not sure (yet) that your chosen topic ( the menu of policies) is the best one to adopt, although your Annex helpfully shows how it maps to S 72.
To be clear - I am not opposed to it. I look forward to a discussion about the choice of topic.
