But we need carefully to preserve diversity and minority positions.
If not we shall simply repeat everywhere the same views and it will be a pity for the whole process.
Could you share the IEFT procedures you mention ?

Under AOB I would like to raise the question of "Role and functioning of Dynamic Coalitions". 

This has become an issue in the context of the discussions on net neutrality and it may also become an issue with regards to the possibility of engaging in intersessional work after Istanbul. In a nutshell: do we want to continue current practices or do we want to tighten up the process and introduce some kind of procedure to ensure community buy-in. 

In the net neutrality context I mentioned the IETF procedure as a possible model. Anyone can start a Bird of a Feather meeting, but from there to get a working group started, the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) needs to approve the Charter of the Working Group and, again, the output of the Working Group needs to be approved by the IAB after opening up for community input.

This issue is also on the agenda of the Main Session on Taking Stock and the Way Forward, but I thought it would be useful to have a first exchange of views on tomorrow's MAG call.
